Volunteers – 

We are currently seeking volunteers, which would have duties, expectations for a non-paid role within the organization. The outline below will provide a foundation to help assist our organization in different ways. 

Title – Volunteers, which can be a number of things for assisting events, such as monthly and yearly events; fundraisers, and program support which help streamline our mission within the organization. 

Summary –  a brief overview of the role and its significance within the organization.

• Giving Freely – Volunteers will contribute their time; knowing this a non-paid role to assist the organization. 
• Supporting – Volunteers are motivated by a belief in the mission of this organization
• Making an Impact – Volunteers are to be a positive swayer in the life of others and the community.
• Taking on Various Roles – Opportunities for volunteers will be diverse, from hands-on work to administrative support. 
• Being Reliable and Committed – This organization hinges on dependable and motivated volunteers. 
• Demonstrating Positive Qualities – Volunteers need to exhibit empathy, flexibility, positive attitude, and unbiased towards one another. 

Volunteering will not benefit the organization, but benefit the volunteers as they will acquire new skills, new relationships, and new profound self confidence. 

This organization is all about helping others thrive to give new skills, new relationships. 

Qualifications – Knowledge of ASL, any type of skills that will support and help grow the organization. 

Time Commitment – the expected number of hours per week/month will vary during the expected event of any sort relating to the organization. 

Accountability and Expectations – Clarification of volunteer’s responsibilities will include punctuality, reliability, clear & direct communication with the Volunteer Lead, and adherence to the organization policies and procedures.
